From the very first moment, we felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly caring and kind, making us feel like part of their family. Their warm welcome and continuous attentiveness made our stay truly special. One highlight was definitely the tour with the host (Rabi) to see the lorises. These fascinating creatures, which are hardly seen anywhere else in the world, left us completely enchanted. It was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend. Maybe Blue Mountains View is not directly on a touristic route but this is also part of its charme and we loved the rural area and quietness! Pradeep is the best host we ever had. He told us a lot about life in Sri Lanka, showed us his fathers farm, helped whenever he could and really conects with kids (as he is also a teacher!!). All guests had breakfast and dinner together in the yard - very enjoyable and delicious.Thanks to the amazing cooking of Pradeeps mother. We will come again, hopefully. Thanks a lot.

I had an amazing stay! The place has such a peaceful vibe, surrounded by nature. The villa was clean and comfortable, and my favourite feature was the inner courtyard, which made me feel so connected to nature. The tree hut was the perfect nook for reading, and the staff even arranged one of our dinners there. We were also able to experience a well bath - such a one of a kind experience! The staff were incredibly attentive, always making sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and full of local flavours. Loved the soothing sound of birds in the morning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dambulla who’s looking for a relaxing and authentic Sri Lankan experience.

okay where do you start? Ruwan is an exceptional host, he is engaging and passionate. in the morning he offered to show us his land. Do not miss this opportunity you will learn so so much and there no hard sell at the end of it, actually he’s trying to sell you nothing, he just wants you to understand that his country is more than just the beaches. The room was spacious and lovely and has a genius floor arrangement in the bathroom. there’s a wonderful terrace with a stunning view and a large table at a height you can work at (important for us)…..and the WiFi is good. if you go, and you must go,your host may also cook you the most amazing dinner of fresh food from his land. well priced and would get a mitchellin star in a restaurant at home. there is a bus stop at the end of the road for busses to Dambulla and Kandy. all in all sorry we were only here for one night

We genuinely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. It felt like coming home – not to one mom, but to many welcoming moms. All the staff took such good care of us and made sure we had the best time. They had great tips on sightseeing and booked a fair priced tuktuk to drive us around Dambulla. The buffet was varied and delicious; the room and garden were tidy, beautiful and clearly looked after; the bed was super comfortable. We really hope we can come back one day.
