Location is perfect. The only hotel in the beach, there is no one a couple of kilometers each side. For comparison, if you go to Unawatuna you will see the difference, the very negative one. Service. The staff is very nice. Restaurant food is gorgeous. Have compared it with the best restaurants in Galle. Beach and view from the balcony are very nice.

Great location in a small, peaceful and very smiling community. Gorgeous setting by the lagoon. Close to the main road with plenty of great food options. Walking distance from a lovely buddhist temple. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh mango in season!! Room super clean and tidy.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Peter is an amazing host. Always in good mood, helpful and has a smile for everyone. We absolutely loved our stay at plantation house. The rooms are huge and very clean. Service is absolutely gorgeous and the people are lovely. The pool is very refreshing and breakfast was our favorite meal. We will definitely come back and stay there again. This is one of the best places we ever stayed and hey after 2 round the world trips this is a really great compliment. Thank you again Peter for everything.

A perfect 10! Very comfortable, very clean, delicious food, especially the Sri Lankan curry. The staff are extremely professional, dedicated, sincere, friendly and genuinely preocupied with making every element of your stay perfect; which they achieved. A relaxing ambience, good location, everything surpassed our expectations. Enormous, heart-felt thanks to Kumara, Rashan, Janalea, Thushan, Kanthi, Shivama, Arshael, Sithum, Maduva, Umesh, Sumith and Pradeep....that is to say, to ALL of the staff. We came as guests and left as friends and you can't ask for more.

Breakfast was awesome every day. Mix of Srli Lankan & western, portions are so big that you can't eat all. Same for lunch that you can have in accomodation. Owners, Harry and Rosh are adding new things every day so they make this place better every day. Nice and good ppl. Manager Daryl is doing great job, really nice man, holding all pieces togeather and helping for any need.

We had an unforgettable stay at OMA Hikkaduwa, which turned out to be the perfect way to end our two-week journey through Sri Lanka. Without a doubt, this was the most beautiful and immaculately clean hotel we stayed at during our entire trip! The hotel’s build quality is exceptional, and the stunning views paired with the unique outdoor bathroom created a truly special experience. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with hot water, air conditioning, and spacious balconies for ultimate comfort. OMA Hikkaduwa is a true hidden gem, located just 1 kilometer from Narigama Beach and within reach of great restaurants, yet still offering a serene escape where nature is right at your doorstep. The hosts, Åsa and Chili, are incredibly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel completely at home. The property is beautiful. Everything is very tastefully decorated. The furnishings are perfect. The garden pool is really cool and with nature sounds it felt so nature friendly! Beautiful rooms on the 2-nd floor with atmosphere and space, high attic, cinnamon smells and picturesque view from the terrace. Very kind and helpful welcoming.
