It is beautiful hotel, in the city centre. The Fort is nearby. The hotel is spacious, beautifully designed. Breakfast is served at the beach club, which haa an excellent location at the beach of Galle. We even saw sea turtles.

Everything was just marvelous, the suit design, cleanliness and comfort. The view was astonishing and magnificent, we had a pool with jets like a jacuzzi in the balcony and it was spectacular. I am definitely coming back here. We extremely loved our stay. We had dinner in the Tempest restaurant, it was delicious and the Spa was amazing. Thank you Crystal Sands for making our stay an unforgettable one.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The design was beautiful with a great attention to detail. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and inviting, with a nice clean swimming pool. But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were all so caring and considerate, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff goes above and beyond: I had a family emergency and they helped me a lot, also outside of their working hours. They truly go the extra mile to make you feel at home and that I didn’t feel like I’m alone in this difficult situation. Sidesh is a great manager with a generous heart! The interior is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend this accomodation!

I really liked the special decoration of the place, it gives Alice in wonderland vibes. The staff was amazingly welcoming (Mr. Indika, Mahir, Supun, Darshana, Nethmi) everyone was very friendly and helpful, Mr. Indika recommended for us a massage therapist she was amazing and gave us the best massage we had in the country. The food was absolutely delicious. I also really recommend going to the river safari.
