We loved our stay At One, it had almost family vibes! Staff were excellent, breakfast and dinner was beautiful. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a little bit different accommodation. Premises are kept really clean and tidy.

A wonderful two weeks with family for a special birthday, the villa was perfect for the 7 of us and the location is just perfect. It feels calm, tranquil but still with some options for food and drinks along the beach. The food and staff at the neighbouring blue Doplhin was exceptional and we ate there several times during our stay.

Absolutely everything, 👍 great location, super clean huge rooms, the lovely host marnelland her son cannot do enough for you, help organise scooter hire, tuk tuk, even your washing!! It was so enjoyable stay in lagoon gate. Caring service by all stuff is on highest level. We will never forget hospitality that we were met late at night when we arrived at the hotel. Speciality of this place is very tasty prawns and seafood that you will never find in tangalle. My very special thanks to Lali and Salinda for satisfying all the requests. And cooking man for breakfasts and very good coffee, i dont even figure out what is the secret of it ))

The place is so peaceful. The garden leads straight to the beach, with fishermen working in the mornings, no tourists at all. Our room was clean, but the best part was the view from the bed , straight onto the sea The owner is very careful and welcoming, prepared breakfast early, as we liked, also gave us advice and helped us organising safari tour in Yala Scooter rental on point too

Clean rooms, clean garden, clean area, all day the hotel staff are working the keep everything clean and nice. If you are at Sri Lanka you know how rare the clean hotels. This is one of the few of the places where you feel the cleanest . Friendly and very kind owner !

Loved the Very spacious room with huge balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The pool is super nice and ultra clean. It's only a 1min walk to a stunning beach and there is a lovely safe spot to swim. The breakfast was great and served a big mug of the best coffee we have had in 4 weeks. Everything was perfect and the family that run it are super kind and thoughtful. We will be putting this place on our must return list.

    The beach is great.

    The beach is great. Long, empty and in the night there is the possibility for turtle watching. Actually you are not allowed on the beach if you don’t go/pay for turtle watching since it is a hatching place for turtles and they are protecting them in the process.
