The property is just a few steps from the sea. Perfect location. It also has the supermarket just a few meters away. As for the staff, they were just loving. Extremely kind and helpful for any needs. Consider that there is also a central room where you can use the dishes and where you can eat independently. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Dutch Villa Trinco! The location is great —right on the beach, straight onto golden sands and the ocean. This place is located only a short walk from the town center, walkable distance to key tourist attractions being the temples, the bus and train stations along with a number of restaurants. It is also right next to the Dutch Bay public beach, full of locals and familes enjoying their evenings in Trinco. Also they organise a lot from the accommodation itself including boat trips to see dolphins, whales and pigeon island so there is no need to pre-book and pricing is very reasonable. The room was inviting and comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water that worked perfectly. The tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking beach view made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of Trincomalee. Kroos and Dilu, the hosts, really looked after us. My wife wasn't feeling well so Dilu walked us down to a local doctor and regularly checked in to see how she was doing. Kroos helped organise our transportation for our next location and made sure we were paying the right prices. They also picked up coconuts for us to drink while doing their own shopping during the day which was really nice. They, along with their family members run this accommodation so as you can imagine, it gets really busy so the fact they can go above and beyond, is just incredible. Trincomalee is developing for tourism. This part of the area in particular is in the early stages but if you're looking for a stay which also supports the locals, really do recommend this place. The price for a room is also incredible for everything you're getting!

Ramanan, the boss, is the most kind host I have ever had. He was always willing to help us, negotiate prices with other people, and gave us amazing advice and recommendations that made our stay incredible. I would recommend everything in this place, and I am sure that this place it is managed by the most kind and helpful person in all Trincomalee. My stay was wonderfull, I enjoyed it so much. All the staff are wonderfull, very funny, smiling boys always ready to help. I stayed 3 night and they really took care of me, i got food and good recommendations about Trincomalee. As a woman solotraveller I felt very safe there. Diving with them was also amazing experience, definitely would recommend. Room was small and very cosy. Everything what I needed was there. It was kinda far away from all the turistic places but that was exactly what I was looking for. The house had a back entrance so you could go straight to the beach whenever you wanted to swim, watch sunset or just chill. Thank you for great time:))

So, I have liked the hospitality of the couple. They're very cute and humble people. The view from the window is magnificent. I would wish to come back some day.

Breakfasts were so tasty and the products were fresh. We enjoyed traditional Tamil food with an attractive view of the beach and the ocean which are 5 meters beside the hotel. Also, you can always order fresh juices or curd-iced lassis. If you want something special for breakfast you can also order for example English breakfast or even chicken rice with curry. You can order any food for dinner. At our dinners, we ate crabs, calamari, redfish, scallops, octopus, and even skat. And believe me, the price for each dinner is much lower than in restaurants of Trincomalee city, portions are big and food is so fresh and yummy. We rent one new scooter for a very good price. Also, you can scuba dive here with instructor Dencil or even go just for snorkeling or for an exursion to watch dolphins.
