It was the perfect Christmas weekend. Breathtaking nature all around, especially beautiful in winter. Just look at this view from the window! An ideal place if you need to go for nature and calmness. Special thanks to the doorman Gregory for his customer focus and patience. We asked to change the room - Gregory offered several options, one of which was ideal for us. The Vitality Spa is beyond all praise. Breakfast - solid 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back here!

A magnificent hotel! A wonderful team! The hotel is absolutely new. The rooms are modern. The bathroom fixtures are modern. The furniture is very stylish! The hotel team does a fantastic job! The location is ve y good, as it is on walking distance to the city center. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The dinner was also rich and delicious. Strongly recommend. The staff was nice and friendly. I was impressed by the girl on the reception as she even tried to speak Bulgarian.
