The best few days with the girls, the people were so friendly. Would highly recommend the hot air balloon ride, saffron restaurant and the camel ride with dinner in the dessert. Very cheap to eat out and will defo be back

The fact that you have different choices of times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The one thing hotels should stop is people getting up at 5:30-6am and putting towels on the sun lounger, that is ridiculous, and childish of adults. This visit I was only interested in Marrakesh, the next time I'll visit a different city. Solo travel is fantastic as long as you love your own company, your time is yours. Meet the shop keepers and staff was very enjoyable we laughed a lot, also got some numbers of shops if I need to buy anything that can be posted for me. I only ate in the hotel as I have to be careful with food. I'm going to visit again.

A busy, bustling labyrinth of a city.

A busy, bustling labyrinth of a city. The sights and sounds of the streets and souks are overwhelming at first but such a friendly and courteous culture with plenty of good humour and haggling and so many places to sit and soak it all up. Very safe and everyone very respectful - especially with all of us visitors getting in the way of their daily life - and probably not spending enough or buying enough of the myriad goods for sale on every street. It's a tough life for most people there but the warmth and friendliness is very life affirming for us visitors - and a great place to practice your French!

Loved Marrakech, although had previously stayed 12 years ago. It has grown hugely, and the new airport is stunning. The hot air balloon ride, day trekking in the Atlas Mountains with beautiful waterfalls, and the evening in the desert were highlights for us - don't miss them

Marrakesh is a magical city which everyone should visit.

Marrakesh is a magical city which everyone should visit. A three night stay is perfect to see all the city has to offer and still allow one evening to do the standard quad bike, camel ride and night show in the desert. It’s a very busy and bustling city by day with narrow streets and alleyways, filled with stalls, but mind the motorbikes, bikes and donkeys. At night the old town life continues but with the addition of the night food market in the main square. Local food is plentiful and all menus are in at least English and French. The menus can be fairly samey but normally have a good variety of local and international dishes. There are always vegetarian options. Prices are European now as this no longer the cheap option it was but it still have great value options. Alcohol is hard to find so no stag-do’s here. If you do want alcohol it’s best to get a taxi to a specialist shop and then take it back to your Riad as street drinking a definite no-no. Hotels outside of the Medina may have bar facilities but why come to Marrakesh and stay outside of the medina if you want to truly experience this amazing city. Walking is by far and away the best way to see and experience this large, old town with its maze of narrow alleyways. 4G internet is fantastic here so download an e-sim and follow your Google Maps for the best possible exploring experience. 4G signal works everywhere.

I stayed at this riad in Marrakesh and it truly exceeded all...

I stayed at this riad in Marrakesh and it truly exceeded all expectations. The service was exceptional — incredibly personal, attentive, and warm from start to finish. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, full of authentic Moroccan flavours and beautifully presented. Each meal felt like a special experience in itself. The riad itself was stunning — peaceful, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every detail, from the décor to the ambience, created a perfect balance of luxury and traditional charm. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. A genuine gem in the heart of Marrakesh — I can’t wait to return!

I loved the food & best tasting I’ve had on holiday with lots of variety to choose from (all inclusive). I liked the free shuttle service into town/market. My toddler enjoyed the kids activities everyday & variety of pools to enjoy. Staff were nice & polite too. I highly recommend this hotel for families with small children. You can never get bored, lots of fun things going on everyday.

The staff were great and very chatty, friendly and welcoming. The pool was lovely and big, the entertainment and music in the evening was good as far as all inclusive hotels go. The themed Moroccan restaurant was fab and delicious - the highlight of our meals.

For a 5 stars hotel, definitely not the service you are paying for.
