Amazing counter staff who treats you like family. Four staff who go the extra mile. (1) a caring staff who knows I will arrive hotel slightly late and informs tour guide to wait for me. (2) a trusted and reliable staff who promise to find me 1/2 dirham coin and he delivers. (3) a staff who protects guests to warn taxi driver not to over charge fare. (4) a staff who goes all out just to make a reservation at Iloli for me.

I loved the hotel. New, clean, modern decor. Room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with a huge variety of dishes. However the best was the hotel staff: very polite, always willing to help. Definitely recommend this place!

It is very central, on a pedestrian street, and everyone, the staff is very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. And they like cats, which speaks volume of their character)) I love historical architecture, and this is a beautiful 20ies building with original furniture and decor (some, I think).
