Our stay in Essaouira was unforgettable. The hotel truly feels like a hidden paradise, with a beautiful pool that invites you to relax and disconnect. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and the rooms were impressively large, comfortable, and well designed for rest. What made the experience even more special was Mohammed, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel completely at home from the very first moment. His kindness and attention really elevated our stay. We loved this little hotel. Basically two rooms that lead out onto a shared terrace. The owner Ahmed, trained in high end hospitality, is a delight and nothing is too much trouble. He is in no way intrusive but is always very anxious to give you a good stay. The breakfast was great and difficult to finish it was so big. We ate both evening meals there and they were excellent, cooked by his wife Fatima. We loved the location in the Palmeraie and the little hotel is surrounded by crumbling Kasbahs, dirt tracks and wonderfully friendly people going about their lives in this living Oasis. We were sorry to leave.

Our stay at eco Ferme was great! This was definitely a unique experience for us. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are very beautiful places to relax in the farm and watch the stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Regarding Mohammed is one of the kindest people we met in Morocco. He looked after everything. He took us on walking tour in the morning through the palmerie which was amazing and also suggested us an alternative route to Dades Gorge which was a highlight on our road trip (a bit adventurous!). Wish we could stay more days!

Abdou, the host is a wonderful personality. We arrived very late but he waited for us. Then he gave us dinner which was made by his wife. We talked to him, asked him all our questions. He speaks French very well. He is very heartful. He cut off some pomegranates fresh from the tree when we were saying goodbye.

This was the best surprise! It’s like a little castle, a hidden oasis. The pictures don’t do it justice! The gardens are insane - orchards, never ending flowered trees, they even have sheep! The gardening is perfection, the vibe, the pool is so comfortable with beds and even straw hats for everyone. You feel like you are in a little secluded paradise, silent except for birds and nature. The rooms are big suites, clean and with great bathrooms. Family owned, the sister is an amazing chef - dinner was the best tajin I had in Morocco. The father and son run the show and are so kind and friendly.

    We made this our base for a brief trip away from Marrakesh...

    We made this our base for a brief trip away from Marrakesh because of the oasis. Definitely worth coming to see the old way of life as a contrast to the city, and the mud brick kasbahs. I wouldn't bother staying for more than a couple of days unless you're happy doing very little. Nothing to do once it gets dark.

    The hotel is fairly remote, and you will need either to hire a car or as we did use transport provided by the hotel for trips to the local market, palm groves, oasis, etc. "Maison 'd'hote Amridril" is a charming small venue. About six rooms only which form a row of low buildings in traditional style. Provisions are basic but adequate, the ornamental gardens are stocked with a abundant variety of plants and food can be provided on site cooked in the kitchen using produce from the hotel's own gardens. The swimming pool is a major feature, clean and well maintained and a couple of visitors arrived from other local hotels without one to use the pool. Overall, the hotel, having only six rooms is very quiet and peaceful. Aziz the manager and his assistants could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. I would return without question for a few quiet days at "Maison d'hote Amridril".

    Very accommodating host.

    Very accommodating host. The only issue was the mattress, which was changed as soon as it was brought to the host's notice. Meals were prepared by the lady of the house. Breakfast was included, evening meal was optional. Wifi was excellent. The hosts own palm and pomegranate orchards locally, and offered tours within his family's ownership and around the vast & historic Skoura oasis, with its many and varied casbahs. There is a range of places to eat in Skoura, an interesting street market and good banking.

    super friendly staff, our room even got upgraded for free. They genuinely want to provide the best experience for their customers. For example, we texted the host if we could arrive one day earlier, unfortunately they were fully booked, but he made sure we could stay at another super hotel, even gave us a discount, he gave us the google maps to the hotel with 4 stops on the way for sightseeing! Their food was the best in Morocco, you can always ask their recipes as we did!
