The room is in a local area so it’s not so touristic. It’s really depends on the person but I personally really like it. The people in the same apartments are all very friendly. The view is great.

Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped. Walking distance to town, the port for ferries to Anguilla and Saint Barts, supermarkets, and a small gym. OK swimming spot right nearby. Great communication with host. A real winner.

What a wonderful stay we had, the atmosphere is just perfect to relax and disconnect. The cuisine from the spectacular chef (Thank you Rene!) is a must to try - incredible flavors. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nothing to add, thank you for having us!

Louis is wonderful host. We came with 2yo boy at 12PM while check in is stated to be from 2PM. He waited for us and made us feel welcome. Our boy broke a vase and we wanted to pay for it, he refused. He let us check out very late as place wasn't booked next day. Apartment itself is cozy, well equipped and has everything you need for short stay. Sea view balcony is just a bonus! Walking distance from Marigot center with shops and restaurants as well as the port. We will be back again when we visit Marigot!

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. Loved that it was walking distance to the ferry terminal. Eric graciously was able to keep my bags before check in time as I left for a day trip on a neighboring island. He also immediately came by to drop off an American standard plug adapter, which was most appreciated. He was a great host! and his apartment well maintained and just as seen in the pictures! Note, the apartment is on the fourth floor, with 3 flight of stairs, but I was able to manage with bags and a stroller and toddler…so anyone can manage 😉

    A year ago at the end of a cruise in St Maarten, we...

    A year ago at the end of a cruise in St Maarten, we commented that maybe we should spend some time there, At the end of the same cruise this year we spent 3 nights in Marigot, influenced by significant airline savings by traveling later - enough to pay for the three nights, plus some. But with a car, the island only takes one day to circumnavigate and see the high spots unless you want to hang out on one of the many beaches - not for us. Two nights with a car for one day would have been plenty.

    The location is great for access to town however very close...

    The location is great for access to town however very close to road which can very busy and noisy, also the beach is a common place for many homeless people to visit and bathe. No security and open building with easy access you need to lock up and close all windows.

    Very nice,clean and quiet apartment. Apartment with full kitchen, balcony, netflix and even washing machine. It is within a walking distance to supermarket, local minibus station, ferry terminal and centre of Marigot. Nearest restaurant is just 50 metres away. If you rent car there is plenty of parking space nearby. Lucienne, the landlady is very kind and attentive. This is the place to stay in Marigot.

    The studio is amazing—so cute and cozy, with absolutely everything you could need. The view is breathtaking, and the terrace is excellent too. The bed was the cherry on top (super comfortable!). Located in Marigot, it's close to the Dutch side—only 8 minutes to Mullet Bay, for example. Conveniently near all amenities (restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, gas station, supermarket).
