There is an amazing heated pool on the roof of the building, which, thanks to the heating, can be used by any weather. Another indoor pool with whirlpool option is available in the basement floor. On the same floor there is also fitness room located. It is small but you can find all what is required in there. It is all done with love, the staff is very friendly. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The towels are soft and of a good quality. In rooms you can find the coffee machine and the teamaker.

The Gomerino is a very nice hotel in the center of Valletta. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are very quiet, nice and comfortable, and the breakfast very delicious. I really would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic new hotel, spacious room with south facing balcony overlooking the Valletta bay. Very nice breakfast and super friendly staff, shoutout Marleny. What to say about the hotel’s Monastik restaurant - a must! Tried the better part of the new menu and everything is so delicious, locally sourced, organic. A delight.

The best hotel employees I've come across, every greet & service was with a genuine smile, professional, friendly, and perfect English. Proper breakfast. Great interior and is clean everywhere. Both swimming pools are pleasant. The spa & gym area is neat. The extra safety door lock, so they can't just open the door from the outside when you're in your room. Perfect location; you can shop, rent a car/scooter, many restaurants, a boba tea shop, out for a dance or drinks, all within a 1 km radius. And you are not going to be bothered by this lively and safe area when you're in the hotel (noise). Beautiful view from the rooftop or when your room is on a high floor (ours was on the 10th, which was the highest for the rooms). The extra attention I got on my birthday from all employees made me feel very special. Thank you, Valentina (concierge), Markus & John (front desk), Julian & Viktor (doorman), Anamika (housekeeping lady), and all the bars, restaurant, and spa area employees for making our stay extra special, we appreciate you!

    We didn’t really have a lot of time but around the hotel there were some fantastic buildings including opposite two lovely churches which are now bars. Because of the location the hotel is ideal for the airport.

    This was a great place to stay overnight because we had an early flight. It was literally 7 minutes drive to the airport (Early morning and not peak hours). Access was very convenient as we arrived late.

    Ghaxaq is a small town, with a very small old center - a few buildings (Music house, the church and the great Palazo Castagna Boutique Hotel), in a more remote location. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants in this small town, but you can find some food - there is a supermarket (closing at 10 PM every day) and there are a few fast food places. However, if you want a remote location, that is quite well connected - roads are good in Malta, plus the buss service covers the entire country - you can find one of the best boutique hotels there, Palazo Castagna.

    Great new clean place. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast great but could have improvements better bread and jams/spreads options. More fruit options but ordered food very good. Need to increase pool hours when heat still high (80’s). Closed at 3 pm! Should be open till 10 pm or at the very least 8 pm. People would use after sightseeing or after dinner but closed!’

    Quiet and peaceful area for families I Loved the location. We managed to visit and drive most areas of Malta. Managed to also visit Valletta and we had a walk through the town and it is beautiful and lively at night. Also visited most beach bays and noted that each one is u inquest to what they they offer and all breathe taking. The water is warm and very clear which was a great relief from the hot weather. Malta is beautiful and best if you drive so you can explore.

    It's a nice place where to rest and be quite during the whole day. People are nice, and everyone can speak english very well. Well connected with all the most important places of the island, but keep in mind that you can't be in rush when waiting a bus in Malta. For the rest, great experience!
