The resort and the people working there were phenomenal. Special thanks to Rubesh from guest relations who went above and beyond to make our stay, check in and check out comfortable and smooth. Everyone was very friendly and the service was at 5 stars. We were celebrating my 30th birthday there and they made a special cake for me. The food was also amazing. Lots of choices and everything was delicious

I travelled with a friend for her birthday treat. We realised we are in for a great time from the moment we arrived and we were met by a charming valet who welcomed us graciously like we were some "queens". We had a grand welcome at the reception and the wow moment was when we entered our room only to be welcomed by a complimentary champaigne bottle and two maritim branded sunhats in a magnificent and spacious room. The services at the bar, restaurant, the SPA, the horse stable...all exceeded my expectations. Did i even mention that the DJ was so accommodating as to play a happy birthday song for my friend Joan, played for her a Kenyan song and played for me a Malawian song of my liking? And did i mention how the restaurant went the extra mile to bring for Joan a cake, sung a birthday song for her at breakfast? A rating of 10 cannot even begin to explain the experience at this hotel!!!

We like everything especially how the management accomodate our needs.I accidently book the wrong type of room.The management changed it without any extra cost. They even allowed us to check in very early around 1pm. Really appreciate the welcome we got and the two young men who assist us were extra nice.from day 1 until we left. Keep it up.

The staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel at home instantly. Every request was exceeded with excellent customer service. Great location with the water taxi making easy access to the waterfront and the town. Good sized pool, excellent breakfast, scrambled eggs to die for, spacious, luxurious rooms. We were upgraded from a junior suite to an apartment, lovely. Very friendly staff. We asked for a late checkout because we had a night flight and they let us use the room until 4pm which was very generous and we gratefully accepted.
