Amazing place! Definitely the best hotel in Port Louis. We were taken care very well and we got help anytime we needed it. Particularly helpful was the son of the owner. He would ask as whether we were fine or needed something. After we decided to extend our stay, we received chocolate as a present for being loyal guests. We had an fantastic time and we also found the restaurant splendid. We both agreed that we ate the best pizza margarita ever! Strongly recommended.

From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the enchanting Hotel Le Suffren in Mauritius, and I must say, it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, my daughter and I were transported to a world of pure elegance and grace. One of the true highlights of our stay was the culinary journey we embarked upon at the hotel's restaurant, where we had the privilege of being dazzled by the extraordinary sushi chef, Ritchy. His artistry with sushi was a revelation, and the flavors danced on our taste buds like a symphony. In fact, it's safe to say that this dining experience was the pinnacle of our culinary adventures in Mauritius. During our stay, a minor maintenance issue cropped up in our room. However, I was absolutely astounded by the swift and professional manner in which the duty manager addressed the situation. Not only did they resolve the issue with precision and care, but they also surprised us with a gracious refund for one night's stay. This unexpected gesture of goodwill touched our hearts deeply. Hotel Le Suffren is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of exceptional hospitality and grace. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests' happiness is nothing short of extraordinary. 100% recommend! Our host Dave was amazing, he helped us through the stay several times, even rented us a nice car, very punctual and helpful. The facility is excellent, there is a gym and a pool for free, very clean with nice views, met all our expectations.
