Thanks to the hotel as they upgraded to the next premium room which had a great view and espresso machine. The hotel was in a prime location accessible to most attractions of St. Louis by walk. The buffet breakfast had a huge spread and all were delicious. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was huge with nice tub with separate sections for loo and showers.

From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. The bungalow is very stylishly furnished. The garden is very well-kept, and you can sit by the sea and watch the sunset. Many thanks to Isa; we felt so comfortable. She was quick to help us with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time at Kapsables. It is highly recommended.

The apartment was in a perfect location, central, yet quiet. The host was exceptionally welcoming and provided clear instructions throughout. Communication was prompt and helpful at every stage.
