The hosts were lovely 🙂. Very welcoming. The room, upstairs apartment is comfortable and nice. Everything is provided for. Cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery. The shops and supermarket are nearby. I experienced a home cooked mauritian dinner which was delicious. Rochester waterfall is nearby. The host kindly took me to see the warerfall on my first day. It was amazing to see. She also kindly took me to visit other nearby places.amd advised me on routes and attractions to see. I thanked her because she took the time out of her schedule. I know it's not always possible to have time when running a guest house. There are several nearby public beaches within walking distance that are uncrowded and peaceful. There are many other places to visit and unfortunately I did not book enough days. I will definitely come back next time.

Anusha and Krishan are the friendlies hosts you can imagine, they are very helpful and try to make your stay a home away from home. The breakfast ist plentiful and really tasty (one of the best breakfasts we ever had). They are Always their and happy to have a chat. If we come back to Surinam, we would for sure stay with them. The two Restaurants nearby are really good too.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. The apartment is spotless and the Host is just a lovely person, I can't recommend it highly enough, there's even a small restaurant 1 minutes walk, shhh, don't tell everyone it'll be booked when we need it.

A very comfortable apartment covering the entire lower floor of the house. It is located is a pleasant village, which has many shops along the main road. Only 20 m away is a well-stocked supermarket Winner's. The owner provided all the information that we needed to explore the southern part of Mauritius. The kitchen is fully equipped and we felt like at home.

A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, well furnished with everything a traveller could want when spending a few days in the south of Mauritius. The apartment is on the first floor and it's only about 800m walking distance to the ocean. It's a very quiet, area. It's close to a large supermarket and also to restaurants and fast food places too. There's ample car parking in the street right in front of the apartment. In Souillac, you are well away from all the resorts and the tourist oriented strips. It's very peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderful resort with carefully mantained garden. Wide beach with white sand and clear water, perfect for swimming or snokeling. Nice swimming pools, not very crowded. Great all inclusive package- large variety of dishes, different every day and a good variety of drinks. We appreciated the sunset beach party - it would have been nice to have more of them, lasting latter in the evening. Professional band playing in the evening at the main swimming pool and interesting shows. The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, but it does not spoil the overall feeling of well-being.
