Very nice hotel, clean and modern, located not far from the hotel. Hotel provides a shuttle to and from, 12 mins with no traffic, and 20 mins with traffic. Staff is super nice. Hotel within a small mall and the gym was basic but did the job. Our flight arrived late, so we elected to stay here one night before heading into the city center. Worked out well.

The location is excellent and the staff were exceptionally friendly in a warm Mexican way. There was free cold potable water in the lobby, día de los muertos fruit and cookies, and also free makeup stations for the celebration. This is my second stay here and I will definitely return.

My partner and I and our young baby stayed for four nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff spoke good English which was very helpful for us. Our room was large and clean. The hotel itself has a great bar and several restaurants (the margaritas are excellent). It’s walking distance to the attractions and we also did a tour to the pyramids through the hotel which I would recommend. The gym was very well equipped with a great view over the city. We used the pool a lot too. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a very central and convenient location, with a nice design, all very kind staff from the reception to the waiters in the restaurant without exception. The room is really fresh and clean. For me in hotel luxury bathrooms are really important. And here was exactly modern bathroom. We really enjoyed the mirror in front of the bed :) personal recommendation for couples. Free coffee from machine in the reception floor, coffee machine in the room, tea, sugar, everything was in the room. Nice fitness centre with beautiful view. Hot Breakfast was good also but there was no fresh vegetables, just fruits. Orange juice was fresh. We Recommend to try antigripal juice there on the breakfast. Cappuccino for additional cost but Americano and tea for free. The design of the hotel also nice, they have locations for pictures. There is also cold and hot water on the each floor. Excellent. Regarding parking we found the parking place in front of the hotel.

Everything about the property was excellent. The location is superb and the vibe around the historic area and its shopping area was delightful. Each staff member was courteous and friendly. Loved the hotel. Special Mention of Iselu Froutjesf as she was extra helpful and nice to us.
