They were welcoming, gracious and willing to help with what ever you needed. We left some clothing items in the wardrobe and the staff contacted us and arranged to send the items to our home address.

Location is great - very close to the hospital and easy to get to. Excellent variety for breakfast the Staff is friendly and very efficient. Concierge is always very helpful.
