Nice place, clean, safe, parking for free and security was always there. The room was big with a nice view and big bathroom. We ate at the restaurant and food and drinks were so good. If i come back to Merida i will stay there. Honestly you will no regrets.

The room was exceptionally large, well designed and felt like total luxury. Loved the bath and outside shower. High ceilings also stunning. Super modern and felt brand new. New swimming pool was stunning.

Really a great place to stay for the price! Very helpful stuff, really large room, excellent service, enjoyed the pool of the hotel, great location: grocery and restaurants right next the hotel, bus to the beach (Progreso) in front of the hotel, coffee and pastry included in the morning.
