We received a welcome gift and gifts upon departure. Complimentary water and sodas, coffees and candy. Our room was lovely and comfy! Cooking facilities, large fridge/freezer & microwave, sink etc on rooftop massive dining table. Digital keypad entry main door and also on room doors. Convenience store across the road and down a little. We also dined twice nearby at El Morocco. Small make up style fridge in room too. Hot tub on level 2 patio. Free wifi worked well. Usually when they say breakfast is included is a pretty basic meal. This was not the case at all, the breakfast was delicious and every day had different options and variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. We felt very welcomed. There was also a parking which we didn’t know about. The expectations were beyond we would stay here again.

The staff were amazing -- they helped us organize unique and personalized private tours and arranged bagged lunch. We were upgraded to the larger room owing to a cancellation. The hotel was truly exceptional, a little oasis in the city. The decor was well thought out and designed. Free coffee and other drinks too which was a nice surprise. 10 mins walk from the centre of the city.
