This hotel is not for families, it was way to much noise all night long drunk people scream in the hallways , our door was nock at 1-3 in the morning woke up our children age 2y, 6y, 8y. The staff were so helpless, unfriendly and rude. Every time we had to eat was so stressful cause the waiters will be so mad and we will ask for things like water they will take for ever to give to us. It was a buffe every time but water wasn’t available or even a spoon. They drop drinks next to ur table they didn’t clean it the whole breakfast we were there, i was so afraid any of us will fall down. Front Thea people never knew the answer. Overall we were so disappointed. It feel like a super cheap hotel, full of a lot of drunk people. I read bad reviews and didn’t payed attention but I wish I did. I’m not happy at all with this hotel experience and I’m not planing to eve go back. The ocean was the only thing was good about our trip.Guest review byDorcasBahamas - 8.0

The beach is public, therefore a bit too many people (especially on weekends). Though not sure if you can find a more private one next to a hotel. Not much for walking as well, only max 2 miles of the beach, after that rocks.Guest review byMariusLithuania

It is isolated and quiet, with a beautiful path to cross through the jungle with animals to reach the beach, which is splendid. Clear water, palm trees, not too busy... The beach was one of our main criteria and we were not disappointed. The staff was very nice.
