What a pleasant surprise! Friendly team, lovely setting, beautiful pool and a large cenote with refreshing water. There are about nine rooms and occasional visitors for the day. We enjoyed the meals. It took us about 50 minutes to get to Uxmal and Merida is a similar distance. The wifi was good and the beds were great. There are some family rooms, with a very comfortable double bed and two singles.

This was a super comfortable base to explore the Ruta Puuc at an unbeatable prize. Our room was very big and perfectly clean. The rooms are spread around the domain, surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Breakfast was fantastic, the pool was lovely and big and 2 shallow ends for the kids to play. Beautiful grounds and the rooms were lovely.

Quinta Rosita is exceptional. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfortable (I had the best sleep in weeks!). A great bathroom and shower. Lovely decor throughout. The garden is idyllic and lush, it feels like you are in a resort. We also had breakfast which was so delicious! We wished we had stayed for longer. The pool was so inviting but we didn’t have time to enjoy it properly. If you are visiting the local area or travelling to visit Uxmal and Kabáh, this is the perfect place to stay. Quinta Rosita is an oasis - it is so relaxing and quiet. Stay longer and enjoy the peace and quiet, and the amazing breakfasts, at this beautiful B&B.

We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed it. The beautiful garden with a pool was delightful. If we had more time, we would have stayed longer. Highly recommended.
