Absolutely stunning property with a fantastic location on the beach. The staff were fantastic, notably Lisa and Fridaus, who went out of their way to speak and engage with us throughout our stay. My son was given a surprise fruit platter in the room the shape of a trophy with a soccer ball all carved from fruit one day after we got back from the pool (after he had been wearing his Argentina Football kit and kicking a ball throughout the resort). It was also delivered with a personal hand written card by Lisa. There was nothing that was too much trouble and the staff go out of their way to ensure the property looks great and people are tended to at all times.

Food is not good totally . We ordered tomyam n pizza for dinner We can say that the prize for the food was not cheap but the taste was not up to the standard. Even the prawn tasted like “ridsect” the pizza was very tasteless The breakfast was not worth it. Thr team maybe not competent enough to handle such a very big crowd The prize for the room is not cheap either That prize we expect some stars but there is no star can be given to the resort

Am excellent variety of accommodations to choose from.

Am excellent variety of accommodations to choose from. The Ombak Festival is awesome here and we came exclusively for it... Easy to get around because we had a chauffeur driven car from the resort. Amd the water theme park was an excellent bonus after the fabulous concerts..

I did not get time to visit desaru , as I was there for a short stay of just 2 days and the plan was to relax . However, I noticed there were some places to go around like fruit farm, fire fly boat tours . It could be a good trip if one is ready to stay there for 3-4 days .

Excellent location to spend time with family, especially the beaches. The strong tides made it even more enjoyable. It was possible to fully view the ocean due to the absence of obstructions in addition to the blue waters of the south China sea.

Beautiful beach with the best sunrise view.

Beautiful beach with the best sunrise view. Driving there from Senai is good with the nice view of the bridge. There are small township not too far away from the Desaru Coast area, so u can still get cheaper n more varieties of food n necessities there instead of limiting urself to eat in the hotel. Cycling is good around the area, less car n good challenging route, so bring your road bike next time. Food at tge Restoran Nelayan is good, food within Westin is superb.

Room is large and has perfect view of the beach and pool. Quiet beach for a nice long walk to a jetty that stretches out to a part of the sea. Clean facilities with many mirrors in the room. 5mins drive to shops and eateries. Special thanks to the staff who are just wonderful and super helpful - I was with my hubby on a wheelchair and they assisted us in so many areas. Whole hotel is wheelchair accessible.

Love the vibes of the hotel. Less crowded than the city area. Right opposite alot of foodies places. Ninso/supermarket/small mall/mini pasar malam closed on Tuesday. The staff are warm and friendly! Special thanks to haslinda n team for their service! 10-15mins away drive to hard rock hotel, which we prefer this hotel!

A fairly new accommodation. very clean. There are four rooms. Three toilets. One room is downstairs. Three are upstairs. Our 8 adults and 3 children lived very comfortably. The location is moderate. Very close to Desaru fruit farm, Desaru beach. A great place to stay at Desaru.
