It was perfect. Worth the price paid for one night. The location was on top of the Suria Sabah shopping mall. It's also near the night markets and seafood dining areas. The staffs were friendly and amazing. The room was clean, everything was in great working order. It was also facing the sea. Very beautiful. Will visit again when I travel to Sabah again (:

The breakfast and the restaurant setting were both excellent. The COVID-period price was especially friendly. The pier is across the street, and traditional markets are definitely worth visiting for foreigners. Posh department stores are also within walking distance. The rooms are large enough for the two of us to work independently. The lobby by the reception is worth mentioning as it provides space for several groups, and the deco has a clear theme: knowledge.

The room was big and really comfortable. Shower and bathroom facilities were perfect. It’s on top of a mini shopping mall. Has a gym which was adequately equipped for a short stay. Checkout is 12 so we got the opportunity to use the gym and facilities. And they held on to our bags for a few hours after check out while we got some food. There is a kfc and dominoes a stones throw away and a little shopping district there which has better options than the mall tbf.

Of the 3 places we stayed in KK, this was by far the best! The room was very spacious, modern, clean and had good wifi. The location also is great - close to shopping, restaurants and the ferry terminal.

Great stay in Kota Kinabalu! Although the accommodation is a bit outside the city center, there's a supermarket and some local eateries right next door. The center is easily reachable by Grab, but I recommend renting a scooter for more flexibility and independence. The property and room were very clean, and you can even request cleaning during your stay. Excellent hot shower and reliable Wi-Fi, which worked well for remote work. We ended up extending our stay because we really enjoyed our time here!

great property and service. bit far from from town but the low price makes it great value for money. we used multiple facilities and all were great. staff was superb all through everywhere. comfortable rooms and utilities. breakfast is pretty good. not a big spread because it is not a grand star hotel. but still good variety and good taste. gym is well equipped. parking is adequate. would strongly recommend this place if looking for a non city central place to stay.
