Reception friendly and helpful (we had a car problem and they did their best to help). Room compact but very comfortable and ideal for an overnight stop for the England ferry. Beautiful weather and the location made it a pleasant location, view over the port. Beautifully renovated building with fascinating history. Breakfast at Hotel America - just a short stroll away - ideal start to the day!

Extremely comfortable and welcoming! Great beds and shower, good wifi. Manager Daniel was very kind and helpful with directions. Just a few minutes' easy walk to/from tram (Metro Line B to Schiedam), buses, and Stena Line ferry to Harwich.

We loved the whole experience! The room was amazing, clean, stylish and very comfortable! The shower was amazing! The restaurant was delicious as well! The masseuse in the wellness center was professional, friendly and exceptional! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was in a quiet area which was great! Would go back to stay in a heartbeat!

Friendly welcome, near the town square. Although breakfast was in a box it was presented beautifully & was delicious. Also had lovely coffee & tea facilities in the room. Dinner at the restaurant was first class. Would visit again.

    The Ship to the UK and the Metro are next to eachother, there's shops, supermarkets, Bar and an English Pub, plus a great Beach and interesting history as well as having all the latest technology, efficient and environmentaly friendly by the Sea.

    The local Restaurants and drinks were expensive on the the Beach area. However a Restaurant called De Oases was very good value. The Ferry crossing seemed long due to the speed it travelled. I would recommend buying food from the supermarket rather than eating out

    This hotel is near the Stena Ferry port and is a perfect place to rest after a ferry crossing from UK, or the night before a crossing. Perfect location for watching shipping coming and going from the ferry port of Hoek van Holland. Lovely flat walk along the Promenade to the beach, about 1-2 mile Kong. The room was comfortable and the parking right outside the Annex building is great.

    A renovated hotel full of character ( including one or two quirky features), beautifully situated and offering a very good breakfast.The pre-arrival information led me to expect an unstaffed check-in (it being Tuesday) but happily there was a helpful human being there to greet me.

    Fabulous modern and comfortable room with the largest bathroom :) Comfortable bed overlooking the square with tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered secure storage for our bikes in a locked shed. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel.
