Our stay here was one of the highlights of a memorable trip. Brielle is an undiscovered gem outside The Netherlands and Poorter Hotel a winner in every respect! It is perfectly located in beautifully restored buildings in the pedestrianised main street. The interior decoration is of a very high standard and the romantic attic bedroom was very well appointed. Many thanks to the check in lady, who carried my carry-on suitcase upstairs!

I stayed in Stadsvilla Mout for 3 days. I needed a quite and confortable place to work and relax and I found everything I just needed here. Amazing stay, very confortable, all very clean, amazing design and attention to details, incredible frendly and helpuful staff. All just petfect!

The staff were excellent, the room was very good and clean. The food was also very good and they all went out of their way to keep me fed and watered out of normal restaurant hours and while I waited for my taxi to Europoort

    Maassluis is a quite town in South west Netherland.

    Maassluis is a quite town in South west Netherland. The downtown is beatiful and deserve to be visited. There are two metro stops and guess what? three stops ahead and you are in front of the north sea beach, fully equipped for "Rimini like" holiday.

    Maassluis is well connected by metro, ferry and bus to Rotterdam and the north of the country, and for ferries and Eurostar to the UK. It has a good tug museum, and a lively town centre with a variety of quality independent traders and bars. Many restaurants offer outdoor dining, along and on the many canals. Largely pedestrian, it's a lovely place to visit. I recommend the Cafe de Waker for it's beers and catering, there are also two independent ice cream parlours.

    Good location for catching the ferry to Uk

    Good location for catching the ferry to Uk Train station was a short 15 min walk Very clean room and common areas, Room was a great size. Bed was ok but have never slept on such a thin mattress? Overall a good experience
