+ city hosts were really nice and helpful, they help even with food recommendations + You are able to choose your own hub + You have enough space in your hub, and it's really amazing experience + You really can't hear anything from outside, when you are in a hub, they are 100% soundproof + It's really clean, modern, you are able to control your lights, music and there are even playlists from city hosts + Washrooms are very clean, equipped with products by Rituals + You get towels and also kimono + "Room key" is a bracelet, which is very practical + The design of the space is cute

In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent location – it truly adds to the convenience and comfort of staying at your establishment. I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service.
