The historic centre was well worth visiting and taking time to explore the city. There are plenty of coffee houses to enjoy although in the evening, a number of establishments were closed through staffing shortages. There were sufficient to enable a different restaurant each night. I thought that the price was expensive but normal for the Netherlands. Good restaurants and shops; many interesting old buildings; good bus and train services to the surrounding areas, so visits to other places easily practicable.
