Easy parking - Amazing lakeside location with fabulous views from the big windows in double aspect room 203 - Good heater - immaculate bathroom with super hot water and perfectly behaved large shower - our Icelandic host was charming, helpful and spoke excellent English - numerous lovely walks and hikes to be had nearby by the lake or up into the mountains. Very spacious apartment. The sauna is wonderful, especially after a long walk in cold weather. The sauna heats up very quickly. The apartment is well equipped. I don’t think we missed anything. There is even a drying rack for clothes. Beautiful lake, impressive glaciers nearby.

The owner of the house is very respectful and the house is modern and spacious. There is a spacious living room and a large TV with a cinema system. I had difficulty operating the electric oven and he quickly came and operated it for me. He has outdoor activities and bicycles near him, a 15-minute drive away. There is a large supermarket.

Everything was clean like in surgery, the location is best, the best view, and I don't think that it is noisy because of the road, no because the room is located on the rear side and it is calm there. The kitchen was full of appliances and even more than needed. Big beautiful terrace with the best view. Quality, cleanliness and location are at their best level. Overall: 10/10

Cabins in a beautiful location, a bit out of nowhere. Inside was beautifully decorated as well, very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped with regards to kitchen utensils. And bed linen was provided. There were also many games available even though we did not use them too much I'd recommend reworking the accommodation description thoroughly as it took me a while to understand our accommodation included both cabins and to find how to switch on electricity in the second cabin.
