We had the use of an entire house, including the laundry facilities which were a great asset. Every room is large and well-stocked, especially the kitchen and living room. The host was friendly and helpful

Staying in Furu was an awesome opportunity to meet travellers, have a base to visit local sites in Lofoten and return to a cozy home. The main cafe/ground floor was a really inviting place to be, fireplace, dogs curled up for pats and people hanging out for conversation. The volunteers/staff were a highlight for me, they were helpful, friendly and generally open people. The bed had a personal power socket, light and shade to reduce unnecessary light and the showers were always clean. The owner was also very welcoming, personally invited guests to a farewell party. I loved my time at Furu and would easily recommend someone to stay at the accommodation.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. He went above and beyond with his advice and recommendations. Good facilities to cook . Husband was stocked to be able to have a surf in the Arctic Circle We were very fortunate to be the only guests. Good value for money

The owner was very kind and allowed us to do laundry after we had got our clothes dirty in a muddy trail. She also baked fresh buns for the breakfast :)

We had a very nice welcoming from the owner. The house is indeed very cozy, a mix from Grandma's House (but only the good stuff) and a bit of modern stuff from IKEA which creates a comfortable and kind of familiar retro feeling. If we are ever close to leknes again, we probably coming back there. Best wishes to the owner!

We had chosen the place because it is very close to Viator's Midnight Sunlight Kayak location. It turned out the cabin itself was a beautiful surprise. Excellent location to view the beach and the midnight sun. Very quiet, clean and spacious rooms. The kitchen is full equipped.

Amazing cabin with beautiful view that is absolutely worth...

Amazing cabin with beautiful view that is absolutely worth its price. Very close to Unstad, so perfect if you wanna go surf there! Only in the bathroom one had to be very careful with the shower that is a bit fragile.

No roman ruins, jazz festivals or safari (that we know) !

No roman ruins, jazz festivals or safari (that we know) ! Booking's questionaire misses the point entirely. But this is a charming house to do hiking, sea kayaking and visiting baffling landscapes from (and Nordic skiing in winter), and of course visiting the Viking museum which should not be missed. We had all our meals in the house.
