All the staff we met during our stay were incredibly kind and helpful. In our case the lady at the reception made a real differnce for us. By mistake I booked 4 instead of 2 rooms. She helped me to cancel the 2 extra rooms which we didn't need where we formally couldn't cancel it anymore at that point.

The hotel is situated in Ulvik, a small but really cute town, perfect for relaxing but also close enough to other touristic attractions. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, we also enjoyed a really good dinner at the hotel restaurant.
