Very beautiful hotel, probably one of the best hotels I have stayed so far and definitely the best one in Norway so far. Innovative, new, stylish. Spacious room and you get a lot for the price. Nice breakfast. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back again.

Lovely host. Large bottom floor of the house with everything you need including terrace in the sun. Kitchen facilities, comfy warm bed, big bathroom, space for parking. It was perfect for me.

Amazing place in the middle of the nature, absolute silence with a gorgeous view on the mountains and the fiord. The place is cozy and has all you could wish for a peaceful experience. Marianne and Freddie are super friendly and accommodating. They even start the fire for us on the second night in order for us to find the dom warm 😍. Absolutely recommended. Skagakaia is a lovely place to stay in a beautifully unspoilt region. The setting, right beside the water, is stunning. Lone is an exceptionally kind and friendly host. She patiently answered all our many questions about the area and helped us decide where to walk. Her food is delicious!

Very cosy old house with tons of Norwegian charm surrounded by amazing nature in a quiet area that seems less crowded with tourism. The views from any direction of the house are just stunning. Perfect place to go and disconnect from reality, as the house is a bit away from the normal touristy paths of Lofoten. Good hiking trails nearby the house offering more lovely views and the company of reindeers on the hike. Close by is a little self-service supermarket with good selection of basic goods. The house was clean and had all the basic needs we needed and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. On a 5 week roadtrip through Norway, this place and area still stands out as a favourite and we all wished we could have stayed forever!

The house was in a quiet area between mountains and fields which was great for a walk in the evening. You could hear the birds and the sheep walking about. The host was very helpful and communicative and the access to the rooms was with a keypad which was very convenient. You get the whole second floor to yourselves along with a private entrance and terrace.The view from the terrace was incredible at the night! The rooms themselves were very clean and cozy, everything needed was there. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Definitely recommend.
