Everything! This was the most delightful place to stay - a guesthouse in the real sense of the word where Paolo and Gullveig have created a warm and hospitable home away from home. They are the most friendly and welcoming of hosts with so much travel experience of their own that conversation is lively and so interesting. They know the area well and can advise on all there is to do. The view is beautiful across the fjord and there is always something going on with the ferries right outside - lively but never intrusive. Although the nearby restaurant was closed, there was a Coop Prix and Joker supermarkets for us to buy our grocerries. Everything was perfect. As per our request, we were given an apartment with a balcony with sea view. In fact, this was the best place we stayed during our 16 days long journey.
