Great location, so close to Buddha Stupa, with lots of cafe around yet not noisy. very clean & spacious hotel/room with lots of facilities, including lift, wonderful hot shower & clean bathroom, super supportive & friendly receptionists and cleaners, happy it’s not crowded.

A Hidden Gem in a quiet, Buddhist part of Kathmandu. I had the pleasure of staying at ViaVia Boutique Hotel during my recent trip to Kathmandu, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. They were always friendly, helpful, and ready with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop terrace—it offers a serene view of the city and is the perfect spot to relax with a drink or enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Speaking of food, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with both local and international options, all freshly prepared and full of flavor. The location is ideal—close enough to major attractions like, yet tucked away just enough to provide a quiet retreat when you need it. Overall, ViaVia Boutique Hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, culture, and calm. Whether you’re in Kathmandu for adventure, culture, or just to unwind, this hotel is a wonderful place to call home during your stay.

I can only join the praise chorus about this place. A beautiful little hotel with good location (quiet yet central) good breakfast. The manager Hari is the kindness in person, always helpful but all the staff is nice and friendly too. The room is kept clean every day. Water is also refilled daily or you use the water dispenser in the lobby.Good Wifi.
