We had a wonderful stay at Mont's Cottage. Elana was very friendly and welcoming and the cottage has everything you could ever need for comfort and enjoyment. Super comfortable beds and lovely extra touches in the kitchen. The garden is charming and well cared for: a beautiful, tranquil setting surrounded by birdsong. A very special place. Thank you!

A wonderfully and high-quality furnished apartment with an extremely nice host. The banana bread and muffins that we were kindly given were very tasty.

This was by far the best hotel on our whole trip in New Zealand. A very unique and charming place with very friendly stuff. Also the breakfast was perfect. With no doubt we can recommend this hotel definitely, it is a place where you have to stay if you are in the area.

Kate was super helpful and was available to offer us suggestions for the area and about the property. She also ran very reasonably priced group yoga classes that my family loved attending. The villa we rented was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped with kitchen equipment and lovely linen, and although it doesn’t have a television, we played a number of new, different games as a family of 5 adults. Much nicer accommodations than I was expecting for the price. Very comfortable, clean, well set up.
