Hardly find hotels where u can cook your own food inside. Golden hotel has mini kitchen with cooking utensils available for you to cook food inside room. Very neat and tidy. Easy check in and check out process. Always prefer to stay here whenever I visited christchurch. Near to airport as well.

Loved absolutely everything, from the well thought out design to the comfortable bed. The view from the bathtubs and even the ability to Bluetooth your own music through the room. The staff were extremely helpful from the moment I made the booking. Even organised a platter to be brought down to us to enjoy with our complimentary bottle of wine.

It is just in the center of the city, relaxing and walking distance to main attraction Breakfast is very good. We just stayed one night, I wished we could have stayed one night more to enjoy the garden.
