It's well-managed. It's clean and I think recently renovated. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Free parking is easily available at the hotel.

Never had a host come by and offer a slice of homemade cake, they even let us stay past check out time when we asked, definitely the best and cutest place we stayed during our months trip in NZ. Good Wi-Fi, good bed, hot shower with good water pressure, big kitchen that looks almost new.
