Very nice town with plenty of places to eat.
Very nice town with plenty of places to eat. We visited the local RSA and the people there were very friendly, also very helpful. The meal we had was very good and the drinks very reasonable. A town full of surprises with opportunities for young and old. Close to t he river and jet boating and river kayak trips, ski fields in either direction, seasonal rail cart possibilities, cycle trails nearby and some good options for shopping and dining. A remote country town, with most of the usual facilities etc. Good river activities. Great railway history with good historical displays, museum. One of the best RSA's with a good restaurant. Not many motels/hotels have their own Netflix account that you can use. I love that these little cabins are spacious and have everything and the carparking is right in front of the door so easy to carry everything in wish we could of stayed longer but definitely going to be back end of this month!!
