It was a memory lane visit for me, as I had lived in Awhitu...
It was a memory lane visit for me, as I had lived in Awhitu when young. Lovely Art Collective at Pollok. Historic church and school in Awhitu central and rolling farmlands. Waiuku has amongst others, two lovely cafes which we visited - Karma in particular in Bowen St. Close to Pukekohe and Bombay where we were going on a two-day Garden Ramble.Guest review byRoseNew Zealand

The hotel is situated at the top of the hill and all room types are detached which gives a sense of isolation and privacy. We did feel 2 small tremors in our stay there, which did disrupt our sleep making us feel anxious but as soon as i realised its common in NZ i slept pretty well.Guest review byAntoAustralia
