The room was quiet and we were meant with so much food which we both appreciated. Cheri was super friendly, she showed us everything and even pointed us to a nice spot in town to have some lunch.

Absolutely loved this B&B! My friends and I stayed here after doing the Hobbiton Evening Banquet Tour, and it was so nice to have somewhere nearby to relax that late at night. There is a large DVD selection, and we watched Lord of the Rings hehe. Also loved getting to pet and feed the goats and see the ducks!! Beautiful and clean property.

The place was so... WOW. I mean it. In fact this has been the BEST B&B I've ever stayed at!! The place was really clean, tidy and smell great! The place was so nicely decorated and the host even made us a loaf of hot bread to kick start our day and I must say it was so nice!!! I would want to stay there again any time!!! Oh forgot to mention the back year view. I simply love it!!! Once agian. This is really the best Air B&B I've stayed!!!!

The whole of house is really clean and tidy. They served water and some snacks in the fridge! :) Perfect services!! The location is also good. It takes about 3 minutes by car to the nearest countdown. Sometimes actual things are different from pictures but this accommodation is just same as the pictures which they provided! My friends and I had a really nice time. Thank you very much.

It's lovely home, clean and tidy, location perfect, walking 5minutes to hot springs, 7 minutes driving to city center, beds very comfortable, shower aweome and georgeous views in a golf course. Ken is very friendly and gives lots of good suggestions. Excellent experience in living here.
