Andres and his family were absolutely the most generous and kind humans. Wanting to connect and truly make travellers feel welcome. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner space! Truly, spotless. And the bed was like Heaven and so were the sheets!! Sleep was amazing and safe and secure.

You can’t beat the location! In a quiet area right next to the rain forest. Mornings and nights, on our porch, were filled with the hypnotic animal sounds of the rain forest. And sunrises, we’re glorious! And the view from our room to the rain forest was spectacular! Customer service was both friendly and top-notch, breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, both pools and the outside area were lovely (with towels provided), the on-site restaurant and bar were open late into the evening, bus drop offs and picks up are offered free of charge to various trail heads and shopping centres, there’s a love butterfly sanctuary and sloth rehabilitation centre right on the property for which you can also receive a guided tour; and the property is located within a short drive to the Panama Canal, old Panama City, new Panama City, and so much more. (We Ubered it everywhere - super inexpensive.) What we particularly enjoyed about our hotel is that it also welcomed locals with activities and packages provided to them, which meant that when we sat outside we were immersed in a sea of Panamanians rather than just visitors - a wonderful bonus to our stay. We loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat!

Monkey lodge is a real gem - the family who run it are wonderful, and the food was wonderful. The setting is incredible. They organised transfers for us, and we paid extra for a boat tour where we got to hand feed monkeys - a once in a lifetime experience.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms were lovely, large and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was really nice.

We loved everything about this place: style, beauty, taste, hospitality! Every corner, every spot is filled with quality and professionalism. We stayed for 5 nights in a king-room with Casco view - it is finished with a loft design with old Jesuit convent walls showing, a nice bed, comfortable lighting, spacious bathroom with a good shower, lots of space for clothes and luggage. The complimentary mini-bar was being replenished every day with fresh water, orange juice, sodas and local beer. The 5star tradition to prepare room for the night added another luxurious touch to our stay. We loved the courtyard with garden trees and the pool on the rooftop. And their 5 restaurants are literally the best in the area - each had its own specialty and attractions. Our favorite was the French one with 2 courses of duck and various sides. The Pecan pie in American Bazar is a must. The wine selection is exquisite, the interior is charming. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the managers are always on the site and willing to welcome every guest. All in all we spend most of our time inside the hotel - just didn’t want or didn’t need to go out!

Whether arranging special excursions around Panama City or offering insider tips on the best local experiences, their dedication was truly remarkable. Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo's amenities are tailored for indulgence. We pampered ourselves at the spa, where expert therapists delivered rejuvenating treatments amid a serene atmosphere. The rooftop pool offered a tranquil oasis with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing and toasting to another year. Oh, I absolutely loved the SpeakEasy room!! Thank you sooo much. I will be back!

Staying at La Concordia Boutique Hotel with my girlfriend was a delightful experience. The staff welcomed us warmly and their attention to detail made us feel well taken care of. Our room was a quiet, cozy retreat, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a deep and restful night's sleep. We woke up feeling rejuvenated, ready to enjoy the quaint surroundings. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay that provided us with the best night's rest in a long time.

Beautiful, clean, modern and very attentive staff! Breakfast was also exceptional! I would definitely stay again!
