Very cosy hotel, big and nice rooms, it has all the necessary amenities, very clean, big and clean bathrooms, good location, few meters from the main square. But the most amazing thing was the staff - the breakfast was amazing, and the ladies on the reception had a decision for every question I had for our stay in Cusco and trip to Machu Picchu. They found answer for every miss in our trip organising. Thanks to all of you!

The hotel is in excellent location, the staffs are nice and friendly. Gave us advice on where to visit and how to get there. Our room ( Colonial Family Suit) is so spacious and clean. The bed is so comfortable. Bed linen also smells good. My children and I love the jacuzzi,.so relaxing after Machu Picchu trip.

Set in a pretty little courtyard away from the road, so very quiet. The best hot shower we’ve had in Peru, and a night time heater ) 1st time we’ve had heating in a hotel) Lovely friendly staff, especially the evening receptionist. Very nice , made to order breakfast, with pretty decent coffee ( quite rare in Peru hotels). The manager was very helpful and let us leave our bags 5 days in advance of our stay whilst we went on the Salkantay Trek. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

It’s a very cute stay. They have actual alpacas that live there. The staff was really nice and well supportive. Very welcoming and nice.

Excellent front desk service. The staff were extremely helpful and informative and went out of their way to assist me with booking additional accommodation nights. The staff were very vigilant and looked out for me as a solo traveller. They also checked in on me when I was late down for breakfast.
