Lovely garden setting, delicious breakfast and spotless, comfy room! Alex was helpful. We arrived after dark, so waking to the mountain views and fresh cooked breakfast was extra special. Staff helped us with luggage to take a taxi to the train to Machu Picchu.

Loved the location and facilities here. The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed a taxi to get from the hotel to Ollantaytambo station and there was a landslide - we got to the station with time to spare. Great games and activities in the shared spaces too.

It's a lovely property in a very good location. We were so busy during our stay that we didn't have time to enjoy the gardens. The owner is helpful and so patient with my broken Spanish. Another employee who also works at the front desk speaks perfect English. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful hot shower. The breakfast was very nice.
