The owner is very kind and attentive. He gave us wifi right away, rooms were ready at 9:30am. Bathrooms are clean and equipped. Nights are cold but there is plenty of blankets. Biggest positive surprise was dinner: excellent, 4 courses meal. Fully recommended..

Excellent location. The host was at the train station to guide us to the hotel. Aguas Calientas is a small but very confusing town when you first arrive. The host ensured we were well taken care of, shared opinions of where to eat, which were spot on. We are a family of 5, so it's tough finding a comfortable place at a good price, but this place did it well. The complimentary breakfast was amazing as well. It was clean, and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Free tea, coffee and water were available in the kitchen all day, which was a nice touch. There are many restaurants and shops close by. It is only a short 6-minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Noise from the train is part of the package for many hotels in the area, and it did not bother us. We had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It not a fancy and modern place but it provides all I need that the purpose I came to Aguas Calientes ～Machu Picchu. 1, Local : right turn 30 second to Machu Picchu ticket booth, left 30 second to bus station to Machu Picchu 2, Healthy Breakfast: it’s buffet style with local fruit and avocado 3, It’s in central but quite in night so I can have a nice sleep. 4,Nice Hot shower👍🏻 5, Price fair
