The view was Amazing, food delicious and a great hospitality service.

As far as jungle stays go this was unreal! The hotel is outstanding! The location is so beautiful, and the lodges are all so nice. Keep the doors shut to keep the bugs out. Nice to sit on the balcony, watching the river and the cloud forests was magical. The pool was also great! Food was possibly some of the best we ate our entire trip. We were not expecting the food to be SO GOOD! Yes, there are bugs - as someone from the UK this was a hilarious experience as I have never seen crickets and grasshoppers this size before so kept the staff entertained when I would scream at them landing on me :) But this was one of the highlights of the trip. We did a river tour - the guides speak mainly Spanish, but you can still get the jist even if your Spanish is extremely basic (like ours). We also had a translator who was volunteering at the hotel who came along so that was helpful! We saw a sloth on the boat trip, that was really special. Lots of birds and saw some tiny monkeys too.

The property is exactly as described in the pictures, green, bright open space, beautiful gardens amongst nature. The breakfast was outstanding and healthy served in the middle of the garden: delicious fresh papaya juice, bread, eggs, avocado, coffee, tea, butter, etc. the rooms perfectly clean and spacious. The best part though is the personnel, the owners (this Peruvian couple) are super warm and welcoming, they helped us all the time, and provided us more than what we expected. Thank you all the staff! It was a great holiday in Tarapoto and we loved the city and very friendly people 😊 Ps: other than the beautiful birds on the trees, they have lovely cats and friendly dogs who will welcome you at the door each time you enter 😍

Each dish, meticulously crafted from the finest ingredients, delighted my palate and left me craving for more. The attentive staff effortlessly struck a balance between attentiveness and discretion, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. I crave the sparkling swimming pool which is cocooned amidst lush greenery and offered a refreshing respite from the world outside. They picked me up from the airport and brought me the next day to the colectivo station for free 😊

Extra Clean, luxurious, the pool is TOP. A wonderful bar place with an amazing view.

We really liked this place, the breakfast was really great, rooms clean and beds were comfy and we made use of the steam room for a small extra cost
