Consistently warm and friendly reception staff, room staff and doormen. There are no surprises with Hop Inn, everything's very good every time. An easy several minutes walk to Ayala Mall and a beautiful park. Great exercise walk areas close by in the business park and a convenient little 711 store right next door. I love the room that we were assigned this time. Bigger than the ones we stayed in for 5 nights. It was a studio but the configuration which was a bjv double bed rather than 2 singles made such a big difference.

Everything was perfect. Hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The rooftop pool was a great place to chill in the evening with decent cocktails. Good location, and the staff couldn't be any more accommodating! We arrived after a long trip from another part of the island and they helped us do our laundry and answered all questions we had. Would happily stay again!
