Wonderful Hosts, very helpful with everything we needed.

+Our Deluxe Villa (more bungalow) location was directly on the water, with uninhibited views of the water and over to the hills and mountians of Negros from our covered balcony. It is as described and excellent value for money. +Very clean, with a newly renovated bathroom (for our bungalow). Warm water shower and air conditioning and fan unit with a good number of options (ie fan only or level of coolness), as well as a table top fan. For us, it was our cleanest place yet by far in this price range. And they offer to clean the room every 2 days. +Bungalow was all in wood and bamboo giving a homely feel. Many hooks inside with table and two chairs by the window. Windows were one glass for privacy. +Very friendly and helpful staff (Lisa) who is good at understanding what help you need. +The menu impressively has several vegan options including soy 'meat'. This is helpful on a number of levels, particularly as there's not a lot of food options nearby. Great views from the cafe, we spent most of a rainy day hanging out here. +While next to the main road and some housing nearby, it is very restful (although when we arrived there was a karaoke party for some guest, which is rare). +They can help arrange transport and have a scooter they rent for 350 pesos/day. However, it is well used, occasionally needs a kickstart and the suspension is a bit gone. We would have gotten a different one if there was an option. However, the main road has a very regular bus, which also gives options for visiting places, and tricycles also travel the main road. +Seriously, so comfortable by the water! And so clean! Not really any improvements as everything has been thoughtfully organised with travellers in mind. Only thing to suggest could be more help with scooter options, and perhaps a table lamp in the room.

We loved our short stay in Ginatalan at the cabin. Edelyn was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. She also waited a long time for us to give us the keys as we had terrible signal on the drive from Cebu city. We arranged some trips to nearby waterfalls and visited the local town for ingredients to cook our dinner ourside on the porch. The cabin is very nice and has everything you could want for a few days. We especially liked the chilled atmosphere and rural vibes of the location.

Location and friendly and honest staff. The staff try their best to explain what's best in town and how to go the whale shark tour. Everything is done in full honesty. The location is very near to 7-11 and right side the main road to south cebu or Cebu city

Very nice staff, beautiful view and great food

The place is so clean especially the rooms. The beds are so comfy. The bathrooms are spotless. The owners and staffs are so friendly and chatty. Last Good Friday after a short visit to Osmeña Peak, when we got back to the resort, I simply asked if they have benignit (a delicacy that Cebuanos/Bisayas normally prepared on Good Fridays), I was told they haven't. But while drinking coffee, to my amazement, I was approached by their staff that their lady boss, quickly prepared the benignit ❤️. And not just that, it was even for free. I would highly recommend this place to everybody. Not only is the place very clean, with friendly owner and staffs, but there's a wide variety of sumptuous food you can choose from their menu. The view is magnificent and very relaxing. The pool is of decent size but with clean water. The ground is well maintained. You can either play badminton and volleyball. There are other indoor games available at the restobar at a very affordable price. Indeed we had a very delightful stay at Seaview Moonrise Cafe. I give it 5 stars

The place is big and peaceful. Good for an off the grid vacation because wifi isnt that strong and phone signal is not working much. Perfect to keep your mind out and away from the concrete jungle. Very relaxing. Food is great as well! Room was spacious. no refrigerator or TV tho. not sure with other rooms. Bathroom is clean.

I had a wonderful, relaxing time in a tent by the water. The hosts are simply fantastic! The most relaxing stay I have had anywhere in a very long time. Very highly recommended for the budget. Thank you for a terrific memorable stay♥️

The staff, manager and her husband were great, made everything to help us and organize our tours. The room was big and nice. Bar and restaurant on site..

The resort is exceptional. There is nothing to complain as a European standard. The staff are more than helpful they go out of their way to assist U if they hear U say something. I would stay 1 night to go do the shark diving because. It's just 15 mins away and since U have to go early there it's perfect location for that
