The hotel is very clean and modern, plus also in a central location in Ormoc city. Breakfast was included, and we had to submit our order the day before to have it delivered to our room the next morning. Even when we missed the staff who came to take our order, we messaged reception early the next morning and they were able to accept our order without any issues - so this was great service. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I would love to stay here again!

The location is both central and peaceful, making it ideal for exploring Palompon while still enjoying quiet rest. Cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen was luxurious, and each room featured double air-conditioning, which ensured comfort at all times. The value for money was exceptional.
