If your looking for a out of the way place with no hassles...
If your looking for a out of the way place with no hassles then it's ideal. A couple of nights would be enough. It's a long way from Cebu city 2/3 hrs car journey. I would say having your own transport is a good idea. Nothing really walkable. Moalboal is quite lively and many restaurants, ate there most nights.
