Aesthetics of the house is really nice. A quiet place just to chill and bond with family and friends. Boy, the caretaker is friendly and assited us well. Super big pool. Clean and comfy rooms. Complete kitchen tools and equipment - from griller, brick oven, stove (except for microwave and toaster). If you're looking for a place just to talk, eat, relax, this homestead is perfect. The house is well maintained. Will definitely visit again.

The staff there at Joane Suites is very accommodating and it's also very easy to communicate with them. We had to extend our stay in the day and there was no fuss about it. The room was spacious.

I booked this room to surprise our mom for her birthday. Staff were able to answer my queries and accommodate our requests as we needed to have a cake and some balloons ready before she gets into the room. According to my family, they had a lovely time, breakfast was good, room was clean and nice. Overall, they had a wonderful time.

Staff at JVJ hotel are most helpful , respectful of guest privacy and understanding . The hotel is clean and the housekeeping dept is on hand to respond to any room requests . If they can't deal with something the front desk sort it out promptly. The food is tasty and the buffet service running from 6- 9am is very good served with assistance by hotel staff in lovely breakfast /dining room. The hotel is cool fresh and has tasteful decor. The lift to all floors is very quick ,smooth and easy to operate. I had to to extend my stay due to ferry problems at the port which is nearby, a taxi service was called by the desk until I was able to establish a permanent driver. I was very happy with the room great aircon and extremely comfortable bed which sometimes was difficult to leave because it was so nice to just lie in and relax while listening to music or watching TV . I had an enjoyable hotel experience
