The staff were warm, attentive, and impeccably trained, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. From personalized greetings to small thoughtful touches throughout our stay, the team made us feel not only welcomed but celebrated. It is rare to find a service team so devoted to creating a memorable guest experience, but at Epic Suites, this is clearly the standard. The suite itself was breathtaking—a perfect blend of modern design and opulent comfort. Every corner of the living space reflected an attention to detail that is simply unmatched. The furnishings were plush and inviting, the amenities were state-of-the-art, and the panoramic views added an extra layer of magic to the space. Beautiful hotel , everything was clean and just like the picture . The staff were friendly, and the food was healthy and very tasty . I would 100% stay here again , and I will be back soon . And looking forward to forward to staying here again :)

The room had everything that we could have wanted, plenty of hot water in the shower, cake delivered to the room in the evening along with the weather forecast for the following day by the room attendants. Breakfast was taken in the coffee shop associated with the hotel but could have had a wider menu, apart from that its a great place for a stay.

You can always be closer to the center. But it's only about 10 minuts walk and you're next to the big Cathedral and all the shopping. The beds are very good, air-con works, many tv-channels.. CNN, HBO, sport and sport and.. hehe.. I didn't use it that much but you have many. Wi-fi works. There are free drinkingwater so just bring your bootle. You can have breakfast here. Just tell them what you like and they make it for you. Hot and cold shower. They have contacts if you need a tour or want to rent a motorbike. Laundry is 3-4 minutes walk away. Go to the left and stay on the same side of the street. That's the cheapest one. Don't worry about noise. There are no traffic at night!! But. The best was the staff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They are so nice, polite and English speaking. I wish them all the best and good luck in life. If I go back to Bohol then I will stay here again. And book in advance. They can be full because many have found out how good a place it is.
